We've got the perfect setting.
Is an important meeting with a handful of business partners on your agenda? No problem at all. Or are you planning a really big event with around 200 people? Excellent, we’re equipped for that too. And for everything in-between, of course. After all, there’s a choice of ten different conference rooms in the hotel “Das Weitzer”. Air conditioning, free WiFi and natural daylight everywhere go without saying.

Whether it’s for something to keep you going between meals, or a proper lunch or dinner: Our kitchen looks after your guests’ physical well-being in every respect. Very consciously. That means that fresh fruit and healthy, mouth-watering delicacies in the coffee break are a matter of course for us.

NEW: Hybrid meetings
Hybrid meetings are the perfect solution if, for various reasons, not all invited participants can travel to the venue! At the same time as the real seminar takes place people are virtually involved in the action. The innovative technology enables you to break new ground with a multi-touch display and simple cloud software and replaces all previous meeting tools. Try the new kind of interactive video conference – you will be amazed!

Technology à la carte
We hire out video projectors for € 75,- per half day. Wireless microphone or headset for € 35,-. We'll happily arrange other equipment from reliable partner companies.
Equipment included
We place a projection screen and noticeboard, flip chart, lectern, seminar writing pads with ballpoint pens and our WiFi at your disposal free of charge.
Always an offer made to measure.

We’re happy to offer you our classic seminar package for renting rooms, for coffee breaks and lunch. But you probably have your own personal wishes for your event. After all, it’s meant to be something very special. That’s why we always provide you with an offer that is just as personal, and which completely fulfils your expectations. Or which probably even exceeds them.
