What are the check‑in times?
From 2 pm on the day of arrival.
When is check‑out time?
By 11 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out at 2 pm or 4 pm for €20 or €40 respectively.
Where is parking available?
You’ll find the public parking garage right next to our hotel. Just drive another 30 metres along Grieskai and turn right at the blue “City Garage Weitzer” sign. You are welcome to unload your luggage in front of the hotel first, and we will show you the way again on site. Please take a parking ticket directly at the car park entrance.*
The regular 24‑hour ticket is €31.50. Our guests enjoy a reduced rate of €25. Reservations aren’t necessary. It’s a public garage that almost always has plenty of space.
*Maximum entry height 2.10 m. Vehicles running on gas and trailers are not permitted.
Do you offer laundry and ironing service?
We work with a reliable external partner who offers laundry service from Monday to Friday. Just bring your laundry to the reception desk by 9 am – we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’d like to iron your clothes yourself, we’re happy to provide an iron and ironing board for your room on request.
